New Dryer & Move-In Cleaning - Ellington, CT

Yes. A new dryer plus an old uncleaned vent equals a guaranteed lint backup within a year and a shorter dryer lifespan. We can clean the vent the same day as your new dryer install in Ellington. Customers who skip this almost always call back within 6 to 12 months with a clog.

The dryer is fine; the vent is almost certainly restricted. A new high-efficiency dryer pushes the same air through an old, lint-packed line, so it can't exhaust. A cleaning (and a flex replacement if the old pipe is vinyl/plastic) restores drying time.

Yes - move-in cleaning before the first cycle catches debris from the prior owner, animal entry from a long-vacant home, and any disconnection that happened during the listing period. Schedule us between move-out and move-in.

Often a significant one - years of accumulated lint plus possibly outdated vinyl flex is one of the higher-risk setups we see. We inspect, clean the full line, quote any flex replacement, and finish with an airflow test so you know it's safe.

We re-attach and re-seal the roof termination (or re-route if needed), then brush and vacuum the full line and verify airflow at the cap. Send a photo of the roof termination and we'll quote it before we dispatch.
